Usability

We specialise in usability. Through years of building systems we've learned a thing or two about what makes them user friendly. We want to make sure that you and your users will be able to use your system quickly and easily. In order to achieve this we look at layout, content, language and functionality to make sure the path through your system is clear. Design

Our design team will make sure your system looks and feels like a part of your business. We'll make sure we understand your brand, your audience and the message you want to convey. We are also happy to work with a designer or agency of your choice to help them to produce a design that will translate well to the web and allow for the different types of content your website will be displaying.

Technical Specification Document

Having agreed on a solution at the consultancy phase we will produce a technical specification document that will act as the road map for your development. It will help everyone involved in the project to know how it should work, how it should look and what content is required. It will also allow us to manage any changes that are made to the solution during the development phase. With this document you will be in full control of your project and you'll know exactly what deliverables you can expect.

Development

The most important service of all is of course the act of building the solution itself. You can click on our skills page to find out a little more detail about the specific tools we use The development cycle will be driven by the technical specification document and throughout we'll keep you posted on how things are going by providing a secure work-in-progress demo area on one of our servers.

Project Management

Even small web development projects can be extremely complex and there are often several parties involved. All of our projects are carefully managed so that you know exactly what is expected of you and when you can expect certain milestones on the development cycle to be complete. RF Media pride ourselves on delivering projects within budget and on time but just as importantly keeping our clients informed every step of the way.

Testing

Having built your system it will need testing to destruction. We will work with you to carry out the full software testing and make sure that everything works perfectly across all types of browser and operating system.

Training and Business Integration

The last thing most people think about when they commission a new system to be built is who within their business is going to be responsible for the day to day running of it. Integrating a new system is often additional to everything you had before. We can advise you of the best way to use your system and provide all the relevant staff with the training that they will need either at your offices or in our own training facility. All our systems can also be provided with a user manual that will allow future users to pick up the basics.
